Description:
Strategic liaison between agency and pharmaceutical clients in promoting their brands to healthcare professionals (Provide strategic and marketing guidance to client and agency team)
- Proactively provide client with points of view and recommendations on business building, market research and competitive activities
- Be aware of new products or new opportunities which may be of interest to the Agency
- Function as internal team leader ensuring all members of the team work together smoothly and effectively
- Interface with Client at all levels of product management
- Develop, write and implement Marketing / Communications Plans
- Interact with all levels of creative staff in review of projects (ie; copy and layout), ensuring consistency with client objectives and brand strategy
- Provide effective direction to Client and Agency team
Experience:
- 10+ years pharmaceutical marketing experience (agency or client side)
- Experience with specialty pharmacy products
- On agency or client (pharma) side – or -
- Worked in marketing at a specialty pharmacy
- Products such as Enbrel, Humira, Raptiva, Actimmune, Lupron, Novarel, Neupogen, Procrit, Neulasta, Nutropin, Innohep, Lovenex, Sandostain, Vivaglobin, Humate, Monoclate, Advate, etc.
- Specialty pharmacies, such as Coram, Accredo, CVS/Caremark, Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy,
