Description:
We are current seeking a Project Manager who can manage interactive projects from initial planning through launch including Quality Assurance Testing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing project estimates and project plans
- Preparing comprehensive project scopes
- Developing and maintaining critical issues documents
- Conducting project status meetings
- Preparing billing and forecast incomes
- Working with Account Executives, Copywriters, Art Directors, Developers and Coordinators to fulfill client requests and expectations
- Preparing all scope change documentation for Clients approval
- Preparing functional specifications with project developers
- Providing Clients with all production schedules and critical milestones
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 – 6 years project management experience
- Interactive advertising or advertising agency experience a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project & Visio
- Understanding of development technologies
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle many projects at one time
- Team oriented
- Able to take direction & criticism
- Self -motivated
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
