Company will be relocating to North Central New Jersey in November. Description: Senior Flash/Flex Developer who can lead a new team of in-house programmers and oversee freelance contractors. Experience 3-5 years developing complex websites and applications using Flash/Actionscript. Required Skills Minimum 2 years of software development experience and a couple of significant Flex and/or Action Script projects under your belt. Advanced Flash Programming (AS2.0 / AS 3.0 - Class based / Object Oriented development) Familiar with video integration and progressive and streaming techniques Experience with scripted animation techniques Strong animation and creative skills Investigate and utilize emerging multi-media technologies (Flex, AIR,Silverlight) Pluses Flash 3D/3D Animation Flash Video, After Effects, Video Editing Adobe Flex, Adobe AIR, .Net Solid knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX)
