Company will be relocating to North Central New Jersey in November. Description: Our client is looking for a Development lead who will be responsible for our Interactive Development group. The job consists of: Translating business requirements into technical architecture and specification Analyzing, designing, developing, and supporting web and CD based applications. Providing support to our sales team in technology related areas Managing a team of developers Instilling development processes, methodology and standards Communicating with clients and vendors. Position Requirements: 5+ years of experience in analysis, design, development, documentation & production support for applications using Web and Client Server technologies. Experience with both Microsoft .NET, Java and Open source technologies Experience in the latest front end and back end technologies including Flash, AJAX, Wireless, Web Services. Experience in client interaction and team leadership Excellent communication skills
