Job Summary:
Responsible for designing and directing the generation of protocol driven implementations using system level software. Collaboration with client to meet specific needs of the project and provide systems support.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Researches technology needs for potential projects.
- Manages the development of client-side software to ensure sponsor needs are met within each project.
- Remains abreast of all FDA and industry regulatory requirements.
- Acts as a liaison to sales and marketing areas.
- Travels with sales representatives to key sales meetings and performs technical sales responsibilities.
- Interacts with client to develop electronic case report forms, edit checks, and report specifications.
- Manages building of case report forms and edit check programming.
- Manages projects, including timelines and input from other groups within our client provides feedback to clients.
- Manages technical support for Inspire.
- Mentors project managers to ensure quality of service across all projects.
- Acts as liaison between client and development group.
- Interacts with internal teams from various departments to ensure quality of service.
- Acts as point-of-contact for investigators/site coordinators/CRA’s for questions/problems.
- Ensures delivery of validated database to sponsor.
- Provides project-specific training to software users as needed.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Job Requirements:
- B.A. or B.S. Degree
- Master’s degree a plus
- Three or more years experience working with software research and development
- Minimum six years industry experience
- Ability to keep abreast of all FDA and industry regulatory requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses sound analytical problem-solving and documentation skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively within tight time constraints
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong management skills
