Overview:
Manages and lead team(s) to complete assigned projects and direct client relationships. Develops projects plans and scopes of services and ensures delivery of high-quality products by project team. Participates in new business opportunities for both new and existing clients as well as cross-selling initiatives. Responsible for being the day-to-day contact for clients, brainstorming creative ideas and implementing tactical details of plans.

Description of Duties:
  • Develops and manages scope of service or project agreements with client(s).
  • Demonstrates knowledge of client industry, operations, and competitive position.
  • Ensures existing account new business revenue goals are achieved.
  • Communicates regularly with client project manager and extended team members, as appropriate.
  • Establishes and leads cross-functional team internally and across inChord family of companies in support of client needs and consistent with engagement requirements (including specific industry expertise as needed).
  • Monitors and manages team activity to ensure quality delivery of products and services to accounts.
  • Oversees and manages all financial aspects of client relationship including compliance to estimates, contracts/assignments, billings, write-offs, receivables, etc.
  • Manage client expectations and communications flow as it relates to internal project team members.
  • Provides management direction, as well as developmental support to direct reports, if assigned.
  • Participates in new business/client activities and pitches as requested.
  • Manage and mentor junior level staff to develop and guide them on their career path.
  • Generally manages multiple mid to large-scale client/project relationships.
  • Develops and maintains account plans for all assigned clients.
  • Demonstrates and shares subject matter expertise with team members informally or formally.
  • Develop and manage all production schedules, projections and budgets for assigned jobs.
  • Manage scope including identifying issues and notifying clients.
  • Prepare agendas and lead all internal project meetings.
  • Ensure client approvals and sign-offs on all major deliverables.
  • Assumes other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 2-3 years of relevant industry experience Marketing/Advertising, Interactive/Professional Services, and/or Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industries
  • 2-3 years account/project management experience
  • 1-2 years of business development experience
  • Outstanding communications skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Previous direct management and project planning responsibility
