Overview:
Manages and lead team(s) in all aspects of the client relationship. Provides overall strategic plans and initiatives, ensures delivery of high-quality products and services consistent with contracts and agreements, manages financial and budgetary compliance. Responsible for business development and revenue growth for both new and existing clients as well as cross-selling initiatives

Description of Duties:
  • Partners with client(s) to develop effective strategic plans and services to support the same.
  • Develops and manages scope of service or project agreements with client(s).
  • Ensures existing new business revenue goals are achieved.
  • Establishes and leads cross-functional team internally and across family of companies in support of client needs and consistent with engagement requirements (including specific industry expertise as needed).
  • Monitors and manages team activity to ensure delivery of products and services to accounts.
  • Oversees and manages all financial aspects of client relationship including compliance to estimates, contracts/assignments, billings, write-offs, receivables, etc.
  • Facilitates communication between team members and clients necessary to maintain strong relationships and effective account management.
  • Provides management direction, as well as developmental support to direct reports.
  • Participates in new business/client activities and pitches as requested.
  • Assumes other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 8-10 years experience in Marketing/Advertising, and Interactive/Professional Services, at least 3 of which are in a Senior Management Role
