Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the development of patient recruitment and patient retention programs for clinical trials. The selected candidate should have experience managing projects from inception to completion for pharmaceutical company clients. The Project Manager will be the point person for the project, working closely with our writers, editors, and creative and IT staffs, and providing project status reports to the client. The selected candidate should be a detail-oriented person who can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure to complete all projects on schedule.

Overview of Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development of patient recruitment materials, including brochures, flyers, and posters for patients
  • Manage the development and implementation of patient recruitment advertising campaigns via television, radio, newspaper, online advertising, and social media
  • Manage the development of patient retention and compliance materials, such as patient newsletters and websites
  • Serve as direct liaison with clients to support their patient recruitment and retention efforts
  • Serve as key client contact, ensuring that all time lines are met and a high level of client satisfaction
  • Develop new program ideas as needed and recommend solutions to help overcome program challenges
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years related work experience
  • Previous patient recruitment and retention or clinical trial experience preferred
  • At a minimum, previous experience at a patient education company, healthcare advertising agency, or medical communications company
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience working for a small to mid-size agency a plus
  • Global experience and expertise a plus
