Job Summary
The Senior Project Director is primarily an account/project management position However, the Senior Project Director will also be expected to contribute to the division's new business development activities. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS PATIENT RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION EXPERIENCE.
Account/Project Management Responsibilities
- Recommend R&R strategies, tactics, and messages to achieve the study's recruitment and retention goals
- Attend investigator meetings to present the R&R program to the physician investigators and study coordinators
- Oversee the implementation of the R&R program to ensure all goals are being met
- Serve as a key client contact, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
- Develop new program ideas as needed and recommend solutions to help overcome program challenges
- Contribute to the development of presentations to present company services and capabilities to pospective clients
- Contribute to the development of proposals to present company's recommended R&R plan to prospective clients.
- Participate in new business pitches
- Recommend ideas to grow existing accounts
- Contribute to the development of new R&R services to offer clients
- Contribute to the marketing of the division
Key Requirements
- Previous clinical trial patient recruitement and retention experience
- Minimum 7 years related work experience
- Strong strategic thinker; experience developing and communicating strategic ideas
- Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-start who can demonstrate resourcefulness, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
