They are a team of experienced programmers with a talented group of creative designers, catering to the individual needs of a diverse client base. Company will be relocating to North Central New Jersey in November.

Position Description:
Working as part of a team, Project Managers have heavy involvement in developing and executing strategic and tactical communication programs, including the day-to-day project management from conceptual development through program delivery; assuring that clients' expectations are met in terms of project quality, budget, and on-time delivery.

Core Functions:
Working closely with our Account Executives (AEs) and internal department staff members, the Project Manager will lead assigned active project activities to maintain excellent client relationships and ensure that all deliverables are executed and meet/exceed client expectations. Oversight for project budgets, work-orders, reports, content approvals, and technical elements of client related deliverables.
  • Coordinate existing client project workflow activities
  • Ensure project delivery meets/exceeds client quality expectations
  • Prepare and communicate/distribute status reports to management and team members
  • Identify, establish, and communicate task assignments, schedules and deadlines to internal team members and client groups
  • Ensure that all documents, content, technology deliverables are correct and in conformance with company/client standards and quality objectives
  • Monitor and approve resource allocation and spend against approved budgets
  • Support the identification of new business opportunities with assigned clients
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Communications, or equivalent education
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience delivering interactive communication programs in a project management and/or project development capacity. Effective people skills with ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong organizational, time management, verbal and written communications, decision making, and problem solving skills. Must possess excellent diplomacy, tact, and judgment. Attention to detail a MUST. Ability to perform multiple tasks on an often stringent timeline. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel applications. Must be highly self-motivated. Project Management experience with knowledge of Medical Communications services is a plus.
