Our client has an immediate opening for a Account Group Supervisor. This position requires the candidate to work on-site at our location.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for driving the strategy on multiple brands
- Become fully versed in product and therapeutic category
- Be or become fully versed in all agency operations
- Manage account team
- Manage non-dedicated personnel (resource sharing) to cover workload and ensure maximum billability
- Identify new business opportunity within existing and new clients
- Oversee successful program strategy, quality and implementation
- Oversee growth and development of account team
Knowledge and Skills
- 5+ years experience in agency account management/marketing/sales
- College degree
- Experience in working with and leading multi-faceted teams
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Sound financial skills
