Description:
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Responsible for working with the VP of Client Services to manage existing community outreach programs in the African American and Hispanic Communities. Duties will include:
  • Development of outreach and grassroots community-based programs that includes recruitment of healthcare organizations to join regional awareness campaigns
  • Development of campaign strategies and alliances and relationships with Latino-based and African-American organizations
  • Overseeing the development and preparation of collateral materials for healthcare providers, community leaders, and patients and their families
  • Working with and maintaining already established relationships with community leaders who are part of regional action teams
  • Overseeing and participating in regional action team meetings throughout the U.S.
  • Other duties as assigned
Experience, Skills & Educational Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in Advertising, Marketing Communication or Marketing preferred
  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years related experience in advertising, public relations or related communications field, with experience in development and management of Multi-Cultural marketing.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal. Fluent in Spanish.
  • Project coordination and analytical experience with the ability to handle many elements of a project at once and keep it all moving forward successfully.
  • Experience managing marketing plans, including strategic planning, business objectives.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
