Overview
Candidate will join the consulting team of an experienced and successful consulting practice focusing on the marketing needs of pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
Responsibilities
- Synthesize complex market data and qualitative customer input to develop product, market segment, and communications strategies
- Interact with clients and the internal consulting team to develop action-oriented solutions and tactics
- Lead qualitative market research projects, including discussion guide development, interviews, analysis and report writing
- Assist in business development efforts, including development of concepts and proposals
- Assume key role in the planning and execution of client-customer connectivity projects, such as Advisory Boards and Consultant panels
Requirements
- MBA, MPH, or higher
- 5 plus years healthcare industry experience, preferably pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturer or consulting. Ideal candidate will have experience in market research, brand management, or product development.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. Experience with both primary and secondary marketing research
- Ability to independently take a project from design to execution and delivery within the budgeted time and resources allocated
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and in writing
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong grasp of the business, customer, and communications requirements in the pharmaceutical market
- Strong interpersonal skills; client interaction experience
